Provide neat and clear references. I will not accept text descriptions, nor will I accept traditional references (unless the traditional art is scanned clearly).

I, the artist, hold the right to decline any commission request, no matter the reason.

The artwork, once completed, is yours to post wherever you'd like, with proper credit. My user is BitsAndBees on Twitter, DeviantART, and Toyhou.se.

If you need artwork by a certain date, tell me at least three weeks in advance. If you need it in less time, I'm sorry, but I cannot guarantee anything. A rush fee may be in order as well.

No, you may not trace or edit the artwork, no matter the stage it is in.

Once the sketch is confirmed and I have started the line art, you may not ask for any additional changes. If you desperately need a change, there will be a fee for every change.

I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or other reasons. Whatever reason I have, I will communicate before refunding.

I expect payment in full before beginning a commission, you will have 48 hours to send the payment. All prices are in USD.

NSFW commission requests are only for those who are 18+. If your age is not listed anywhere on your profile, I will not accept your commission.

Please understand that I'm disabled, and that I also have a full-time job outside of art. I will get you updates every time I have them, though I don't mind you asking for updates as well.

Fan Art - If I'm not a fan of the series, I won't do fan art for it. I will not put effort into artwork that I won't be happy with, sorry.

NSFW - As stated in my TOS, I will not do NSFW artwork for those under 18. To add on, I also will not be doing art of specific fetishes. Continue to the next tab to see specifications.

Backgrounds - They're difficult for me as I don't have too much experience with them. This is just a forewarning, I'm much more experienced with drawing characters rather than backgrounds.

Gore - I will not do anything gory involving child characters. As for anything to do with self-harm or the such, I will not do artwork that romanticizes it. I reserve the right to decline anything that makes me uncomfortable.

You may use the design however you like for personal use!* If using commercially, please talk to me first. (This doesn't go for people I've already given the okay to of course!)

Obviously, be sure to credit me (BitsAndBees on most platforms) for the design, do NOT credit yourself for a design

You can resell the adopt/design at any time, HOWEVER, talk with me about it first! I love buying back my own designs, so if you're going to resell, tell me first!

To go with the last rule, please don't resell for more than you've bought a design for. Unless there's art that you've personally drawn/bought, do not upcharge a character. (Gift art is also excluded from price!)

If you've bought a design from me, do not request a refund through PayPal. If you no longer want a character, like I said, I'm always happy to just buy them back!

With the last rule, make sure you HAVE the funds to purchase anything from me. And if you're a minor using your guardians' PayPal account, make sure you have permission.

I DO NOT INTERACT WITH PROSHIPPERS. If you're a proshipper of any sort, you will NOT be allowed to purchase from me OR own any of my designs, regardless on what you plan to do with my design. Get out of my sight.

You're welcome to change designs you've bought from me as you see fit, but don't make them unrecognizable! And if they're darker-skinned, DO NOT LIGHTEN THEIR SKIN TONE. I will not hesitate to take a character back without refund if I see a character's skin tone be lightened <3
